Health Tips

Amongst 95% of the people in the world have an issue with their body weight,. Either they are having more fat than required else they have lesser than what is required.. It is very important to follow a particular diet regime. But is only following a strict diet the only way to lose calories??

 Practically speaking its a myth. In fact statistically the ones who follow diet tend to gain more weight once they lose their diet habits. And 60% fail to follow a strict diet. So what? How should we get thin? Well it can be done through intense exercise.. Well when I say intense I mean sweating out as much as possible. In other words our body is made up of fluids and water in large no. So to reduce the amount of calories we need to remove some of the water content from our body and hence lighten the calories and burns the fat

 But it also has the same side effects that of the dieting once stopped. But here the thing is you wont gain weight but you ll be more hungry because of the initial lose of water . Here proper and systematic diet will help you maintaining the body weight...

Following are the points that can be followed for a proper body weight

1. proper eating habits (breakfast should be heavy,lunch moderate and dinner light)
2. exercise
3. Eat green vegetable and fruits
4. Drink more juices and less water
5, Dont drink water immediate or at the time of having lunch

These are some basic methods by which you can have a fit and healthy body..:)
