Rejuvenation from a Humdrum life :)

What might be the secret behind this rejuvenation ? , its none other than the most intoxicating word , "NIGHT-OUT" :D , this word might sound simple to you folks but its a source of cherishing the small wonderful moments with your fellow beings again :) what struck your mind when you saw this word ,probably you might have ended up thinking a night out for studies ?is it  :p than you are sailing in the wrong boat !! (PS: hardly few specimens get such rare thought's !! )
After a long gap the most awaited day took its turn again when we cousins planned up a night-out , in today's highly competitive world, everyone started keeping themselves busy with work just to earn one extra penny to fulfill their desires because of which it was so difficult to plan up something wherein everyone's presence was a criteria and finally it did happen , that's what make's me agog and i ended up writing this blog.
This day i don't know why but i found the sunset so damn pleasing may be because it marked the start of our night-out which started with playing cards till late hour's accompanied by notorious deed's, fun loving talks and gossip's, the atmosphere was lit with loud roar and laughter ...this all continued till around 2:30  am followed by a snack's break where we all headed towards ram bhai (This man is famous for 3 am idly's and dosa's stall and undoubtedly its the most demanded place of the night's in hyderabad ). On the way back home we kept sipping coffee, thrilling ghost story's  kept us awake and alert  and night started getting more adventurous and we landed up in a park :D More crazier things continued making it the most remarkable night that can be treasured and kept in my sweet memories .
The nature of unconditional love bore its first seed within that few hours and i was at cloud 9 :) Finally, sun has got his hat on and we caught hold of our pillows and dozed off  !! Did you have such kind of crazy stupid night out's ? if no then what are you waiting for ..go on..."Live Life King Size " , who know's kal ho na ho ! :)

Till The Last Breath

I'm never a comfortable reader. Reading never comes to me as a natural talent, but that has not stopped my desire to read novels when ever I want to. This time on the advice of my ma'am I decided to read a novel. With the help of my mate I got to read Durjoy Datta's "Till the Last Breath". The author started the story in the hospital which served as a prelude to the story going to come. For the most part of the book revolved around describing the role of the characters involved in the story. Among all of them, it was about two patients and there contrasting characters who were about to die.  One of them was Dushyanth and other was Pihu. Counting their last breath.

As the story continuous you get to know how harsh life can sometimes be. Reading about Pihu just gave you joie de vivre but then angst and pain too. She was a joyful, nonchalant,a kidult! A absolute genius in terms of her medical studies, topper in her medical entrance should have become the best doctor in the course of time. Always smiling and though she had ALS (Amyotropic Lateral Sclerosis) to sink her to slow but a sure death! She always was positive, determined to live.  Which surely gave you exuberant joy and refreshment.

On the other bed was Dushyanth completel contrasting to what pihu was. If you felt encouraged to read about Pihu. You surely would have had pity on Dushyanth. He was egregious and left no stones un-turned to die or to get to the position he was in. He smoked, drank alcohol, drugs to an extent where his kidney and lungs almost gave up. He was arrogant, rude and impatient.

The story describes about there past life, there present situation and their journey to almost certain death. The author successfully shifts a boring intro to a very touchy and impressive but a sad ending. A book to read I must say atleast to know how to still be happy in a cruel and a harsh situation!.. keep smiling..

The battle of Ashes begins.............

There are few cricketing rivalries but to an extent no one can match Australia and England rivalry. When it comes to Ashes this rivalry takes crescendo and is one of the most keenly fought contest. Now you might wonder from where does they get the name ASHES for the test series played between AUSTRALIA and ENGLAND.... Well this all started in 1882 and the series was named after a satirical obituary published in a British newspaper, The Sporting Times after a match in Oval where the Australian team defeated The then mighty England team for the first time. The obituary stated that England cricket has died and the body will be cremated and the ashes taken to Australia. The English Media dubbed the next England tour of Australia as the QUEST TO REGAIN ASHES...

During that tour a small terracotta urn was presented to the England Team by a group of Melbourne Women. The contents of the urn were reputed as the ashes of cricketing equipment Bail. It was presented to the England captain Ivo Bligh.

The urn erroneously is considered to be the trophy of the Ashes but it has never been so, In fact Ivo Bligh always considered it to be a personal gift. The replica of this urn is said to be used as a trophy which is taken by the victorious team

Review Time: Lootera classy but too slow

Flaws notwithstanding, Lootera is of a standard that’s inarguably higher than the Bollywood average. I was not amazed to see a non-frenetic movie. I'm not critic by profession though but after engrossing myself in reading the reviews of lootera, I finally decided to watch it. And as the name preludes it is the love story of a robber who comes to rob the house of Sonakshi Sinha whose father is a landlord. Here is a direction to watch,Motwane is yet to come.
A short story is definitely short. It is always a challenge to make a short story long. Motwane decides its a love story-arguably easier route to take and he creates powerful vignettes that aren’t all rose-tinted, but also guilty and angst-ridden. However, he sacrifices logic and motivation when convenient, and in that lies Lootera’s shortcoming.

 I give it 3.5/5

A day of great learning

Guys, We hear our parents saying "Jab time aayega tab samajh jayega". Today I understood it and that is why I decided to jot it down. Hmm, the day was tedious but had a lot of things to learn and explore. It started when I took the responsibility to lead the boys team in a small game. This particular game was a part of communication training and CRT program, to teach us about team work, leadership qualities, sincerity and time management. As I always do, took the onus to lead the boys team.

The game started. As we were the first participants to play the game, we had no clue of what strategy we need to keep and follow. I asked my team members to first make the persons having the King and the Minister. But to our surprise it was made tricky and ended up on a losing cause. You might be wondering what I learnt from this incident. Actually we dint lose it because we finished it last, We lost it because at the right moment I didn't overcome my biggest weakness that is to control my tongue. It is not that it was my first time, actually it was one of the 100 times I ended up doing it and this is only in the recent times. To my fortune God made me do that mistakes in front of two beautiful people who has showed immense love and patience to bear my weakness. :)

After reaching home I became aware of the fact that leadership starts with leading and controlling ourselves. I had lead my class cricket team and many events but never had this realization...Henceforth "learn from mistakes".

God's own Land : "Kerala"

The state of backwater's..one of the fantastic tourist destination which i have been too so far ... ie. kerala with no doubt ! South region ...in holidays ?? eheheh :O ! is what people's reaction is, but friends let me tell you the secret behind me choosing this spot as my holiday destination .
When i was said that we are going to kerala, even i reacted in the same way but now i don't think i can express my love,my thirst to visit that place again or may be get myself settled there :p Aren't you tired with a busy life ? A tensed atmosphere ?? Then pleasant skies and serene surroundings is the need of the hour which one can definitely feel by being at this place.
Let me not elaborate much and waste much of your time , busy people you see :p ,So it starts with the most beautiful places i have been to ie Cochin, Munnar ,Thekkady ,Allepey ,Winter was soon going to begin still the weather was so damn enriching, hope the mother cloud even favor such a climate in Hyderabad !In Cochin ,as we walked along the beach, crashing waves thundered in our ears and a light, salted mist, dampened our lips.. the night made it more beautiful.
Then we headed towards  Munnar wherein we had to start late in the mornings just because fog would subside thereby blocking the way ,on the way the waterfalls , the zic-zac ,curvy roads ,greenary all around which included all herbs, shrubs, coconut and palm tree's thus making Kerala famous for spices and ayurvedic massage followed by  the fog covered mountains, its a saying that great things are done when men and mountains meet :D
Just imagine when only the travelling part made me experience the joy of life then how smoothly and blissfully was the whole trip!!Obviously , i have no reason to blabber and sound fake by exagerrating things because i don't belong to that place so you gottu believe me ;) Then come's Thekkady famous for its Periyar tiger reserve's,an example of nature's bounty ,widespread forest with rich bio-diversity ,trekking, night campaign etc adventure's in store for the tourist, there was boat ride in the middle of the forest and we happened to see animals live, the exact way national geographic channel displays, amazing rite!now come's Allepey .we stayed in a boat house for one whole night in the midst of water, the boat was completely our's with dinning hall, rooms, kitchen etc facility's,mind blowing fascinating experience it was and the warning alert for the journey was don't step out without an umbrella! :D A detailed description might force you  to pack your baggage and leave for Kerala right now !!
The best thing about Kerala is the people,so kind-hearted ,a state with 99% literacy rate and no corruption , rules being followed with discipline ..what else do you need ?? A complete tourist package where a body and soul meet's :) I'M loving it !!

Yeh hain mumbai meri jaan ..!

The sun was about to set and I was in my dream world when suddenly my dad asked me to guide the driver in saying him the directions. We entered the city hearing my mom humming the song "ye hein mumbai nagaria tu dekh babua" and here started the small yet a quiet memorable tour of mumbai.
Though the start was not quiet interesting but as we entered Mumbai after passing through the most beautiful Mumbai-Pune Express highway...Mumbai's traffic and thanks to the gprs maps app. it took us two hours to reach the Hotel Sahar International which is located in East Andheri near the railway station, a journey from Hyderabad by road.
As we reached the hotel it was clear that we were all done for the day so we have choosen to stay.Though I had different type of snacks boletoh chat :p .The most disappointing of all chat I felt was pani-puri but to my luck vada pav had its presence felt in all the chat items I ate. Next was a dream come true day for me,  my dad approached me  to drive through the city. Though the places we visited that day were temples namely sidhi vinayak,Mahalakshmi temple and Mamba Devi temple which are surely not my areas of interest, the responsibilty of driving kept me going the whole day, which made me explore Mumbai from a driver point of view and let me say you guys I relished each and every single minute of that. Surely the drive was not that smooth I had to cope with the traffic rules and regulations of Mumbai for which I was warned once while crossing the beautiful sea link and then had to toil hard for a parking place in all the three temples especially the third temple which is surrounded by shops just like begum bazaar of hyderabad !
After all that done the past 2 days surely for the satisfaction of parents it was their turn to make their child satisfied.... Again I was given the car keys and this time as per my interest we were going to places of my interests. We were accompanied by my dad's best friends family. We first went to film city or the film studio located in Gurgaon and to our disappointment we weren't allowed inside the studio. After this we chose to shop in Mumbai and buy some dresses from a fashionable Mumbai. We went to alpha which was crowded but gave us everything what we wanted and their I had one more famous item of Mumbai "Dabeli" and lemme say you it was finger licking good. After all this we went to Lokhandwala..ya wahi apna "shootout at lokhandwala wali jagah"  :).. A well built place were you could sense it is made for youngsters. You can find food courts, jewellery shops, fashionable and attractive shops for dresses. By the time we reached hotel it was five and then we went to a very common and known place of Mumbai the Juhu beach and to our surprise it was the total opposite of Lokhandwala. The place was dirty, unclean but crowded..1 could wonder how this dirt can attract so much crowd. As was the situation there we had no choice but to go from there to Bandra.. Ye SRK,Sallu bhai ki area. The beach was neat and had a label of standard tagged with it. It was as good as marine drive which I saw in my last visit to Mumbai.
And my tour ended in the hotel where we all sat to watch India winning the Champions trophy title and for a coincidence we left Mumbai when the local FM was playing mumbai se aaya mera dost..dost ko salam karo !!
Here ends my small post on the tour of Mumbai. Where their helpful nature though they were usually busy was heart warming but the cleanliness of the city especially of the Juhu beach was disappointing. And 1 thing to notice was they walk as if they run..:p.. Seriously worth watching this city and the trend people follow there. The fressness and openess is something that attracts the eye ...waiting to visit it soon :)

Tough day to bat, INDIA ON TOP

Most awaited scenario, it was the semi final between the two very familiar foes and guess what.... You find every thing picture perfect for what was supposed to be tough and a boring day of cricket even as the weather which was surely prepared for washing out the whole game..
With all that being assumed before the match, it turned to be a total opposite. Not only was the weather but also the surface.. I personally felt that this was the first match of CT 2013 played amidst an english condition... When I say this I mean the swing, the weather, the movement.. The nature of the wicket which made every cricket lover lick his tongue seeing the batsmen play and miss.. Bowler moving it head to tail...
What the weather did was it delayed the start of the game and slowed the outfield to add to the batsmen woes.. India having won the toss and electing to bowl first used the conditions perfectly.. Kumar in particular with Sharma removed the top order cheapy before the on-slaught of Indian spinners restricting SL to a par score of 181 .
At this point SRI LANKA are 181/8 after their 50 overs giving INDIA a target of 182..

Yes Friends I am talking about the Telangana issue which as per Mr. Digvijay Singh is coming near to conclusion. As per the recent developments Congress leader Digvijaya Singh met Congress leaders in AP. When asked about the T issue during the post meeting press conference Digvijay Singh replied saying " Telangana issue is in the final stage and whatever might be the decision it will be taken accordance to lot of thinking and we request the state to keep patience".
