God's own Land : "Kerala"

The state of backwater's..one of the fantastic tourist destination which i have been too so far ... ie. kerala with no doubt ! South region ...in holidays ?? eheheh :O ! is what people's reaction is, but friends let me tell you the secret behind me choosing this spot as my holiday destination .
When i was said that we are going to kerala, even i reacted in the same way but now i don't think i can express my love,my thirst to visit that place again or may be get myself settled there :p Aren't you tired with a busy life ? A tensed atmosphere ?? Then pleasant skies and serene surroundings is the need of the hour which one can definitely feel by being at this place.
Let me not elaborate much and waste much of your time , busy people you see :p ,So it starts with the most beautiful places i have been to ie Cochin, Munnar ,Thekkady ,Allepey ,Winter was soon going to begin still the weather was so damn enriching, hope the mother cloud even favor such a climate in Hyderabad !In Cochin ,as we walked along the beach, crashing waves thundered in our ears and a light, salted mist, dampened our lips.. the night made it more beautiful.
Then we headed towards  Munnar wherein we had to start late in the mornings just because fog would subside thereby blocking the way ,on the way the waterfalls , the zic-zac ,curvy roads ,greenary all around which included all herbs, shrubs, coconut and palm tree's thus making Kerala famous for spices and ayurvedic massage followed by  the fog covered mountains, its a saying that great things are done when men and mountains meet :D
Just imagine when only the travelling part made me experience the joy of life then how smoothly and blissfully was the whole trip!!Obviously , i have no reason to blabber and sound fake by exagerrating things because i don't belong to that place so you gottu believe me ;) Then come's Thekkady famous for its Periyar tiger reserve's,an example of nature's bounty ,widespread forest with rich bio-diversity ,trekking, night campaign etc adventure's in store for the tourist, there was boat ride in the middle of the forest and we happened to see animals live, the exact way national geographic channel displays, amazing rite!now come's Allepey .we stayed in a boat house for one whole night in the midst of water, the boat was completely our's with dinning hall, rooms, kitchen etc facility's,mind blowing fascinating experience it was and the warning alert for the journey was don't step out without an umbrella! :D A detailed description might force you  to pack your baggage and leave for Kerala right now !!
The best thing about Kerala is the people,so kind-hearted ,a state with 99% literacy rate and no corruption , rules being followed with discipline ..what else do you need ?? A complete tourist package where a body and soul meet's :) I'M loving it !!
   ..st@y tuned ... love kjo <3

Yeh hain mumbai meri jaan ..!

The sun was about to set and I was in my dream world when suddenly my dad asked me to guide the driver in saying him the directions. We entered the city hearing my mom humming the song "ye hein mumbai nagaria tu dekh babua" and here started the small yet a quiet memorable tour of mumbai.
Though the start was not quiet interesting but as we entered Mumbai after passing through the most beautiful Mumbai-Pune Express highway...Mumbai's traffic and thanks to the gprs maps app. it took us two hours to reach the Hotel Sahar International which is located in East Andheri near the railway station, a journey from Hyderabad by road.
As we reached the hotel it was clear that we were all done for the day so we have choosen to stay.Though I had different type of snacks boletoh chat :p .The most disappointing of all chat I felt was pani-puri but to my luck vada pav had its presence felt in all the chat items I ate. Next was a dream come true day for me,  my dad approached me  to drive through the city. Though the places we visited that day were temples namely sidhi vinayak,Mahalakshmi temple and Mamba Devi temple which are surely not my areas of interest, the responsibilty of driving kept me going the whole day, which made me explore Mumbai from a driver point of view and let me say you guys I relished each and every single minute of that. Surely the drive was not that smooth I had to cope with the traffic rules and regulations of Mumbai for which I was warned once while crossing the beautiful sea link and then had to toil hard for a parking place in all the three temples especially the third temple which is surrounded by shops just like begum bazaar of hyderabad !
After all that done the past 2 days surely for the satisfaction of parents it was their turn to make their child satisfied.... Again I was given the car keys and this time as per my interest we were going to places of my interests. We were accompanied by my dad's best friends family. We first went to film city or the film studio located in Gurgaon and to our disappointment we weren't allowed inside the studio. After this we chose to shop in Mumbai and buy some dresses from a fashionable Mumbai. We went to alpha which was crowded but gave us everything what we wanted and their I had one more famous item of Mumbai "Dabeli" and lemme say you it was finger licking good. After all this we went to Lokhandwala..ya wahi apna "shootout at lokhandwala wali jagah"  :).. A well built place were you could sense it is made for youngsters. You can find food courts, jewellery shops, fashionable and attractive shops for dresses. By the time we reached hotel it was five and then we went to a very common and known place of Mumbai the Juhu beach and to our surprise it was the total opposite of Lokhandwala. The place was dirty, unclean but crowded..1 could wonder how this dirt can attract so much crowd. As was the situation there we had no choice but to go from there to Bandra.. Ye SRK,Sallu bhai ki area. The beach was neat and had a label of standard tagged with it. It was as good as marine drive which I saw in my last visit to Mumbai.
And my tour ended in the hotel where we all sat to watch India winning the Champions trophy title and for a coincidence we left Mumbai when the local FM was playing mumbai se aaya mera dost..dost ko salam karo !!
Here ends my small post on the tour of Mumbai. Where their helpful nature though they were usually busy was heart warming but the cleanliness of the city especially of the Juhu beach was disappointing. And 1 thing to notice was they walk as if they run..:p.. Seriously worth watching this city and the trend people follow there. The fressness and openess is something that attracts the eye ...waiting to visit it soon :)

Tough day to bat, INDIA ON TOP

Most awaited scenario, it was the semi final between the two very familiar foes and guess what.... You find every thing picture perfect for what was supposed to be tough and a boring day of cricket even as the weather which was surely prepared for washing out the whole game..
With all that being assumed before the match, it turned to be a total opposite. Not only was the weather but also the surface.. I personally felt that this was the first match of CT 2013 played amidst an english condition... When I say this I mean the swing, the weather, the movement.. The nature of the wicket which made every cricket lover lick his tongue seeing the batsmen play and miss.. Bowler moving it head to tail...
What the weather did was it delayed the start of the game and slowed the outfield to add to the batsmen woes.. India having won the toss and electing to bowl first used the conditions perfectly.. Kumar in particular with Sharma removed the top order cheapy before the on-slaught of Indian spinners restricting SL to a par score of 181 .
At this point SRI LANKA are 181/8 after their 50 overs giving INDIA a target of 182..

F@shionist@ ....

Fashion...Style..Trend ...weirdo topic may be but something one has to talk about in it !

Everyone can't view things from the same angle likewise is the case with fashion !!  People have their own views and opinions regarding it ..to list out some :
 Category 1: What Fashion ? :  waste of time !! :O
Category 2 : Fashion - oh my gosh ! he/she does so much over actions !!
Category 3: Fashion - a substitute to get a beautiful smile on your face :)
I prefer the third category of people, obviously i have my own reasons and justification which you see might mould your thinking! you never know ;) Curiosity is another name for fashion , i personally believe  that their is nothing wrong in being fashionable , its a gesture to keep oneself happy :) Aren't you bored of seeing yourself the same way in the mirror every morning ?  Don't you feel the necessity for a change,YES its must!! Today's world can't stick to a particular job, person or routine den why this is not the case with fashion , modern era  love's to watch fashion tv but when it come's to being fashionable, its a crime !!
Here am not criticizing someone's ideology , am just trying to throw light on my opinion .. being fashionable doesn't mean dressing up with full accessories n stuff  like bappi lahiri :D Simplicity also defines fashion ,the way you dress up and carry yourself defines your way of living and fashion doesn't see any caste or creed ! Look simple yet elegant should be your motive ,i heard most of the people speaking same old people rite ,whats the need and for whom should we dress up then...squeeze me !! dress for yourself man ! you should feel good , at the end of the day what matter's is that you are sleeping with a smile on your face , why worry about people ? Go on with the Trend
" SKY should be the limit for happiness",for that happiness somewhere fashion plays a key role ... in this way you are going to turn more creative and your imagination will take a new route , you start exploring beyond the edge..so why don't you try luking hatke (Some times its okay if you steal the caption of virgin mobile's ie. "think hatke " and implement in your life :p )

Hero's to Zero's !

Life is a race where you go through ups and downs. A day will be surely their when you might be at the top and the same life will show you the worst days of your life which  you might not want to even recollect. I being one of those people who literally lives in cricket have to dedicate this article to a team which was once unbeatable. They were the kings and almost won every tournament, every match they featured in. Guess which team it is? Australia, Yes you hear it right. THE MIGHTY AUSSIES OR THE FEARLESS KANGAROOS ruled the cricketing fraternity for approx 20 years.. to be a bit accurate , around 15 yrs.

I remember the 2001 series when the Steve Waugh led Australians entered the Indian soil holding a record of 15 straight wins and as they were no IPL's or T20 then it was so called the Final Frontier for the Aussie team which won everywhere they went that summer. So much was their strength that the so called the Kings of their home (The Indian team) looked the weak team against them. Though what happened after the Mumbai test was sure a history and revival of Indian cricket but that was the time when you shivered hearing Australia's name. And this dominating behaviour of theirs started from way back 1990's under the captaincy of Mark Taylor.

After him came the best captain the world has seen Sir Steve Waugh who actually launched the domination stage of the Australia. Do You Know the greats like Mathew Hayden, Ricky Ponting, Andy Bichel,Glenn Mcgrath, Adam Gilchrist, Damin Martyn, Micheal Bevan, Shane Warne all started their careers or came into the scene under this great captain? And the bid off he got when he retired showed what he meant to his team.

Then came Ricky Ponting who is the only captain in the world cricket to win 2 world cups 2003 AND 2007 was in a way lucky to have more settled and experienced team who knew what is their part in the team. By saying this I dont say that Ponting had not been a good captain. He still had to fit in players like Mike Hussey,Micheal Clarke, Andrew Symonds into this already strong team and he did it like a boss. And surely made the best decade of Australia more auspicious than it might have been.

By saying this I just dont mean that the team was not good. As it is said a captain is as good as his team. The players of that time had that x factor in them, the fearless attitude, never say no kind of trying which made them more special but if the leader doesn't know how to lead the way even the greats might have turned shapeless.

It is in a way very sad and disappointing to see Aussie struggle today not their on field performance which on a good day can turn to their side but the off the field indiscipline which has taken me aback. Irrespective of what the previous decade players where you associated Aussies to be Gentlemen of cricket. As with the on field performance they surely lack the hunger and thirst to win a match. It is surely the end of Australian Domination but surely not the end of hopes. For the time might come when they ll have a rise again.. Lets hope it happens soon!.

Legendary Hero :)

"King Khan " , the ultimate baadshah of bollywood !

A man who's backbone for success is no one else but he himself (he doesn't come from any filmy background you see!!) , he has climbed his ladder through many hardships and now is an inspiration too many..you must be thinking that am praising him just because am his die hard fan but seriously he deserves this. He had made himself capable and has earned this honour that i ended up writing a post just to promote his film :p Srk your dimples , they can make anyone <blush> ;) <3 All the best for your upcoming movie :) keep up the good work .

Intex Aqua Wonder-a wonder !! ;)

You might have seen Farhan Akhtar almost giving his life to catch this phone in the advertisement. Intex being one of the best Indian company for making computer peripherals enters the smart phone market with its aqua range. This phone costs Rs 9900 which is in the range of its strong rivals Micromax Canvas 2 and Karbonn Titanium S1.

Now does it give its rival any headache?? Well doesnt look like that. Let us give a glance on why it cannot  handle its strong rivals.

HARDWARE AND DESIGN: Intex Aqua wonder features 4.5 Inches IPS screen unlike the other two Aqua phones which are 5.0 and 5.9 inches respectively. The makers have basically concentrated on the looks. As I told earlier this is one of the cheapest phone in the market and the makers have made sure the phone doesnt look flimsy and cheap just like XOLO X1000
Intex Aqua Wonder looks appealing at first glance. It comes in black and white colour options. We were given a white unit for the review. It is rectangular in shaped with well rounded corners. The thin chrome lining at the edges adds to the overall design of the smartphone. The back looks a little too plain and shiny however, thankfully, it is not slippery.
Though it is light weight and only 8.9mm thick. The overall design finishing is not appealing and poor. For example the notification LED Light..

Camera:

  •  8 MP Camera with auto focus facility
  • 1.3 MP Front Camera
  • Rear Camera does a decent job but does not give the correct image color. Even the image quality is not worth noticing
  • Poor dedicated camera button adds up to the user vows
 Software:
The most important part of any phone is its software. It is build with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean OS). It also comes with two more choices with the lock screen. You can either head to the calling app or the message app unlike other phones were you can head to home screen or camera.

Intex Aqua Wonder also comes pre-loaded with plenty of apps such as Documents to Go, Whatsapp, Aaj Tak, Headlines Today, Facebook, Google Maps, YouTube, Nimbuzz, Skype and Google+. Apart from all these, there is also an Intex Zone app, which houses a mobile tracker and can maintain an auto call record. This app can also direct you to the Intex Web Zone which consists of three Intex websites.

Performance:
It comes with dual core processor with 1 GHz Processor and 512 MB RAM. It comes with 1.93 GB internal storage with 32GB expandable external SD card facility. It provides you with a 4 GB Micro SD card along with the smart phone.
Its one more drawback is its battery back up which is very bad. It comes with 1800 mAh battery which takes a good while to get charged. Though  the company claims to give a battery back up of 3.5 hrs of usage and 72 hrs of standby doesnt look to meet that. At full brightness with max apps working people had to look for charger by the evening.
As it comes with 512 Mb RAM we recommend you to off all the apps before you start any game

Verdict:
It is a budget phone with 4.5 inch display. Apart from the display and interface the company doesnt go in detail about the phone.
My verdict is to go for Micromax Canvas 2 which comes with 5 inch display at the same price.. Recent updation to canvas 2 is that it runs at 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Rating:
 Overall: 2.5/5
 Display: 3/5
 Camera: 2/5
 Performance: 2.5/5
Have a nice day...:)

Internet beaming-balloons - A new innovation in the tech. world

Well can you imagine the whole planet online?? You cant? Mmm then you should start imagining.. Because Google has successfully completed the first step towards it. i.e by making the big beaming balloon. It is translucent,jelly-fish balloons that Google released this week from a frozen field in the heart of New Zealand's South Island hardened into shiny Pumpkins as they rose into blue winter skies above lake Tekapo in ChristChurch.

It was a culmination of 18-months on what Google calls Project Loon in recognition of how different the idea may sound. It was developed in a secretive X lab that came with a driverless cars and web surfing eyeglasses. ,the flimsy helium-filled inflatables beam the internet down to earth as they sail past on the wind.

Now this developed balloon is 1 of the thousands that are to be launched 20 Kms into the stratosphere in order to bridge the gaping between the 4.8 billion unwired people and their 2.2 wired components or plugged in counter parts.

It will basically will reduce the charges of laying fiber cables across Africa and Southeast Asia. The first person to get the Google Baloon Internet access was Charles Nimmo. When asked about it. He said that his experience was bemusing after he was one of the 50  locals who signed up to be a tester for a project that was so secret, no one would explain to them what was happening. Technicians came to the volunteers' homes and attached to the outside walls bright red receivers the size of basketballs and resembling giant Google Map pins...

A movie that explains something which even an Oxford dictionary can't clarify ie. "LIFE " !!

Yeh jawani hai deewani may not have the best of the story. But it certainly has a lot of valuable thoughts and teachings.

Scene 1-When Naina decides to take a break and go for the trekking trip with all the unknown people.
# This shows that life is too short to be occupied. Decisions should be quick and should be the ones that give you "permanent happiness instead of temporary one."

Scene 2-When Naina and Bunny trekk the Boota hill knowing the rumours about it being haunted.
# This shows that live life fearlessly. There is no better feeling than overcoming your fears and cherishing the later moments.

Scene 3-When Aditi sends an emotional video message to Bunny inviting him for her marriage, considering that he wont come as he will be busy in his professional dream life.
# This shows that no matter what you do,where you work, what you have achieved, you will always be that special friend of a few people's life. Some things can never change even with time.

Scene 4-When Aditi finally notices that Bunny has come to attend her marriage and she jumps out like any random wildest frog on earth.
# This shows that some people may consider you as a major priority in your life without even letting you know. Nothing might give them happiness than just spending time with you. "Now it is upto you whether you want to understand that role of priority and carry on or just prioritize your own value and life and its goals and just neglect the happiness of others. This may give you a luxury life. But it surely wont give you comfortable life."

Scene 5-When Bunny and Avi fight on the issue of not being in touch with each other since 8 years.
# This shows that you need to find time to speak to the people around you even in your busiest of the schedules. It may be difficult but when you look back after neglecting it,all you see is the fault of others and not yours. No one asks you to text or call at every moment. Afford one chat in a week to keep the relatioship healthy. Take interest in your friends life. Check out whats happening and if you could help him/her to make it better.

Scene 6-When Bunny's dad refuses him to go to America as he would be alone but yet he lets him go because he would be happy if his son is happy.
# This proves that parents could do anything for their children. Even though if its at the sake of their own personal happiness. Its upto us whether we understand, respect and work for our dreams and their happiness or not. They would never show the care that they have for us. We need to understand it.

Scene 7-When Bunny has to quit his dreams for his love Naina and peace and has to stay back and not go to Paris.
# Sometimes, life puts you in a situation when you are left absent minded. In such situations, always listen to what your heart says. Empty mind is a devils workship. You sometimes need to re-plan your goals and ambitions according to the situations. "Not only yours, but the happiness of the person with you also matters." This is the point we generally tend to forget as we have adapted to this selfish mentality of the mean world.
It is upon us how we perceive things. This is my perception. A positive one towards life.

Just to conclude,
I would add a line from the movie which goes as "Life mein kabhi bhi kitna bhi try kar lo,kuch na kuch hamesha chhut hi jaata hai."
Just to finish the line,"Jitna chhut jaata hai uski parwah mat karo. Abhi jo ho tumhare paas hai, uska maza lo. Usmein khush raho."

As said earlier, life is too short to live for everything.
        .. st@y tuned.. love kjo <3
